This kit includes educational materials about dementia, planning for and giving care, and learning more about the human behind the disease.
Grant funds awarded by Cary-Grove Rotary Club. The funding was used to create Memory Care Kits for those with dementia and their caregivers. These kits will offer new and meaningful way to connect that encompass the whole person and not just focus on the negatives of the disease. Provides a positive and accessible way for caregivers, family members, and friends to engage with their loved ones.
