A Wi-Fi hotspot is a device that allows you to connect your mobile-enabled device (e.g., laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc._ to the Internet. The hotspot is portable so you can connect your device almost wherever you go (i.e., home, on the bus, in the park, etc.) Evanston residents must be age 16 or older in order to checkout a hotspot.
